About the Role
Join a pioneering early-stage company in the Web3 infrastructure sector as a Marketing Manager focused on demand generation. This role offers a rare chance to spearhead the creation and execution of scalable marketing strategies that drive business growth and solve intricate challenges for enterprise clients within the digital assets and blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end demand generation strategies.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns spanning various channels to optimize lead flow.
- Develop and expand lead generation initiatives to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Oversee social media presence, engage community networks, and enhance brand recognition.
- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other industry gatherings.
- Coordinate partner marketing and joint marketing campaigns to broaden reach.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, including attribution metrics and return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align campaign efforts with pipeline growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing roles.
- Proven track record managing marketing campaigns from conceptual strategy through to execution.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting campaign data and effectiveness.
- Practical experience with paid media, live events, and digital marketing tactics.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
- Background in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, or Web3 domains is highly desirable.
- Utilizes AI tools to boost productivity and marketing outcomes.
