Job Overview

This role is offered on behalf of a partner firm seeking a Marketing Manager located in the United States. The selected individual will own marketing strategy and execution for key brands within an international environment, playing an integral part in brand positioning, growth development, and aligning marketing efforts with commercial goals. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to manage marketing projects from inception to completion, emphasizing measurable results and operational autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing strategies for designated brands, setting priorities, KPIs, development roadmaps, and growth plans.
Serve as the primary liaison for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic conversations and offering informed recommendations leveraging your industry expertise.
Oversee marketing project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and external collaborators, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Administer marketing budgets, monitor performance metrics, and generate transparent reports highlighting outcomes and improvement areas.
Track KPIs meticulously to ensure marketing actions align with overarching business objectives.
Manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously with a focus on organization and detail.
Apply in-depth knowledge of payment industry-specific requirements, including compliance, regulatory communications, merchant acquiring, chargebacks, and risk management.
Review marketing content to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Establish and maintain trustful stakeholder relationships by providing strategic insights and ensuring accountability for results.
Proactively detect challenges and devise solutions independently without heavy supervision.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services, or account management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in payments marketing such as payment platforms, PSPs, payment gateways, or fintech-related solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of merchant acquiring processes, chargeback management, compliance obligations, and the unique marketing challenges in payments.
Proven ability to formulate and implement marketing strategies linked to business objectives.
Experience handling marketing budgets and reporting marketing campaign effectiveness.
Capable of managing multiple brands or projects concurrently.
Strong capabilities in project coordination, organization, and problem resolution.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management with confidence in leading strategic discussions.
Self-driven, capable of independent decision-making and responsibility ownership.
Familiar with AI-powered marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Figma.
Fluent English communication skills required.
