Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives dedicated to a portfolio of properties. Collaborating intimately with operational leaders and using your marketing expertise, you will design impactful campaigns, analyze performance metrics to guide improvements, and ensure marketing efforts align with leasing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with operational teams to uphold successful property marketing supporting leasing goals.
Utilize resources from centralized marketing, individual expertise, and vendor collaborations to implement marketing strategies tailored to assigned properties.
Monitor leasing and marketing performance data, providing comprehensive reports to operational leaders and clients.
Develop and endorse short- and long-term marketing goals with measurable timelines and KPIs, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Engage in regular discussions with operations and client parties to assess marketing effectiveness.
Deliver leasing and marketing training sessions to onsite teams, sharing best practices.
Innovate marketing campaigns aimed at prospects, resident referrals, and events to boost social media engagement and drive qualified traffic.
Design 30, 60, and 90-day action marketing plans for properties falling short of occupancy targets.
Confidently communicate marketing recommendations and strategies to stakeholders, detailing advantages, risks, and benefits.
Prepare for and make property visits, attend conferences, and participate in business activities, requiring approximately 25% travel annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated marketing support experience or similar roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
Proficient understanding of consumer digital experiences and online marketing platforms.
Strong organizational ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Creative approach with close attention to detail.
Analytical skills coupled with effective problem-solving.
Ability to function independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Three to five years’ experience in marketing roles involving digital media, strategy development, and data-driven decision-making.
Background in Real Estate Property Management.
Familiarity with Property Management Software such as Yardi, Onsite, Entrata.
Experience with CRMs including Rent Dynamics and Knock.
