Role Overview
This position offers more than a conventional 9-to-5 role. You will collaborate directly with the founder, receive comprehensive foundational training, and take immediate responsibility for implementing marketing strategies in a dynamic startup setting. The environment is fast-paced, offering valuable hands-on experience, ideal for those at entry-level.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing campaigns across social media, content channels, and community platforms.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to inform strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing launch campaigns and initiatives aimed at growth.
- Oversee the content calendar including daily postings and scheduling.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports highlighting effective tactics.
- Support community engagement and expand referral programs.
- Perform additional marketing duties as the company evolves.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Recent graduate or with a minimum of one year experience in marketing.
- Strong interest in marketing, technology, and travel sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-moving, streamlined work environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing tasks after receiving guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internships or projects in social media management, content creation, or growth marketing.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising, search engine optimization, or analytics platforms.
- Portfolio or samples showcasing prior campaigns, writing, or content production.
