Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily market analyses for sharing on our various media platforms.
• Conduct engaging webinars, sessions, and create educational materials for traders.
• Mentor and enhance the skills of our proprietary traders.
• Provide trade ideas and market insights focused on education rather than direct advice.
• Elevate our company's reputation as a facilitator of trader development.
• Work alongside the content team to maximize audience reach and interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Deep, proven understanding of financial markets including forex, indices, commodities, or cryptocurrency.
• Hands-on trading background with strong technical and fundamental analysis abilities.
• Natural aptitude for teaching, simplifying complex concepts effectively.
• Confident public presenter both on video and in written format.
• Consistently disciplined and dependable with daily content creation.
• Fluency in English is essential; Swahili is advantageous.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent practical trading experience.
• Minimum two years of trading or market analysis experience.
• Additional credentials such as CMT, CFA, or equivalent certifications are highly valued.
