Communication and Coordination

The Marine Superintendent plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication channels both within the organization and externally to ensure smooth vessel operations and compliance.

Internal Communication

• Collaborate closely with Fleet Managers to oversee vessel management activities.
• Work in partnership with Technical Superintendents and Vessel Masters to validate certifications and support vessel operations.
• Coordinate with the Crewing team regarding crew travel arrangements, personnel changes, and related issues to ensure operational continuity.

External Communication

• Engage with clients including major oil and gas companies such as QatarEnergy, QATARGAS, Shell, and TotalEnergies to maintain strong client relationships.
• Interface with sub-contractors ensuring all operations meet contractual obligations and standards.
• Monitor performance and manage smooth operations of sub-contracted vessels and Jack-up barges to deliver expected service levels.
