Key Responsibilities
- Assuming technical and economic leadership of production projects with autonomy during the production phase in coordination with an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager.
- Representing production interests within the program team.
- Ensuring economically and technically efficient delivery through targeted planning, control, and monitoring of assigned work packages, aligned with program directives and leadership of the respective performance area.
- Leading a project team comprising cross-departmental representatives to achieve economically and technically optimized project execution.
- Creating and refining volume frameworks including internal and external services, opportunities, risks, and production schedules by collaborating with departments such as purchasing and finance.
- Participating in the analysis and appraisal of potential contract amendments.
- Preparing necessary documentation and managing reporting obligations.
- Providing support to customers both onsite and offsite.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or completed technical vocational training with relevant advanced qualification (e.g., technician).
- Professional experience in production and production workflows alongside technical project management.
- Strong knowledge of technical project management and production project processes.
- Sound judgment in estimating performance, time, and costs.
- Proficient use of relevant SAP modules.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to handle criticism constructively and assertiveness in conflict situations.
- Confident communication skills, presentation abilities, and negotiation expertise.
