We are currently seeking Manufacturing Operatives to become part of our team, offering a secure full-time role with pay above standard awards, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food production, processing, and packaging machinery ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and actively engage in continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards such as HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain accurate production documentation using digital tools.
• Support diverse production lines by working across multiple areas.
• Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and other operational enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse and supportive team environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in environments related to manufacturing, production, warehousing, or food processing.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts covering mornings and afternoons.
• Flexible to operate across various production functions.
• Effective communication skills and capability to work within a team.
• Good organisational skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with quality management and production documentation systems.
• Previous exposure to TPM practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
