Manufacturing Operations Manager

Overview

This position is for a Manufacturing Operations Manager located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed production schedules and assign duties to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Assess daily manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to avoid stock shortages.
• Organize and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for production purposes.
• Create and maintain equipment maintenance plans, recommending replacements when necessary.
• Oversee quality control inspections to uphold product standards.
• Recruit, supervise, and provide or coordinate training for employees on new equipment and production methodologies.
• Maintain thorough inventory records and organization.
• Implement improvements to machinery, equipment, and production methods to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget effectively.
