Manager - Tanfeeth Program

Role Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to the Tanfeeth program, crucial for ensuring objectives are met efficiently and with high standards. The manager will coordinate with multiple teams and authorities to maintain smooth execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all tasks and alerts associated with the Tanfeeth program in line with established guidelines.
• Ensure all Tanfeeth alerts are resolved within timeframes mandated by SAMA.
• Maintain active communication with SAMA regarding case management as per Tanfeeth instructions.
• Liaise with SAMA's Technical team to promptly address any system-related issues with Tanfeeth or WatheegEdge platforms.
• Collaborate across departments to swiftly fulfill all Tanfeeth alert requirements and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of alerts, escalations, and their resolutions related to Tanfeeth.
• Monitor and process requests via the Tanfeeth Portal and SAMA Net Portal meticulously and on schedule.
• Track requests in the Watheqedge System, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates with involved departments.
• Engage with SAMA to resolve and close SAMA Net cases according to regulatory standards.
• Provide timely support for compliance-related matters linked to the program.
• Mitigate risks connected to failures in executing instructions from Tanfeeth and SAMA Net, protecting the bank's reputation.
• Report any risks of non-compliance or delays in responding to SAMA cases to the Head of Tanfeeth.
• Manage Tanfeeth and SAMA Net dashboards around the clock, escalating issues when abnormal case volumes arise.
• Conduct on-the-job training and performance monitoring for new Tanfeeth staff members.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the line manager related to the role.
• Ensure strict adherence to controls and security policies relating to data handling, reporting, and vigilance within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• A tertiary-level degree from a reputable, internationally recognized institution is preferred.
• Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• High integrity and discretion in managing sensitive information.
• Proven capability to manage complex technical tasks independently.
• Experience in project implementation and oversight.
• Past technical supervision experience of junior colleagues.
