What you will do

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and recurring forecasting activities so that financial objectives remain aligned with the organization’s broader strategy.
• Review monthly and quarterly results through variance analysis, highlighting key patterns, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver financial reports and dashboard summaries that make performance easy to understand for decision-makers.
• Work with department heads to shape financial plans that support operational needs and strategic priorities.
• Support the creation of financial models used to assess investment options and long-term strategic decisions.
• Maintain adherence to applicable financial rules and reporting standards while preserving accuracy and consistency in all outputs.
• Track market and industry developments to inform and strengthen the company’s financial planning approach.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Professional credentials such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are considered an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance function, preferably in large-scale developments or the entertainment industry.
• Strong capability in financial modeling, along with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Well-developed analytical thinking, communication ability, and interpersonal skills.
