Job Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer skilled in maintaining manufacturing machinery to join a dynamic production environment located in Surat, Gujarat. The role requires hands-on expertise in servicing and repairing various mechanical systems to maintain optimal machine performance and reduce production interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC Punching, CNC Bending, Laser Cutting machines, Hydraulic systems, and Air Compressors.
- Identify equipment malfunctions, perform fault analysis, and implement prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maximize machinery availability by ensuring timely maintenance interventions and part replacements.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and generate service reports for machinery upkeep.
- Work closely with the production department to guarantee smooth and continuous manufacturing operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and maintenance standard operating procedures throughout maintenance work.
