Overview

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join as a contractor working remotely. You'll provide specialized knowledge to enhance a client's project aimed at optimizing supply chain workflows and documentation processes. The role emphasizes domain expertise rather than prior AI experience and involves supporting the training of advanced AI models by contributing authentic, real-world logistics data.

Key Duties

• Examine and analyze logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records for their authenticity, precision, and compliance with industry standards.
• Create annotated examples of documentation that demonstrate best practices within logistics and supply chain management.
• Assess existing supply chain operations and propose realistic enhancements grounded in your professional experience.
• Provide detailed critiques and recommendations on logistics scenarios focusing on document structure and process efficiency.
• Engage with project teams to clarify tasks and articulate complex logistics principles clearly.
• Participate in quality control by verifying the accuracy and pertinence of supply chain data sets.
• Assist in developing instructional materials that reflect current industry norms and address complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years practical experience managing logistics and supply chain activities, especially handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics procedures, documentation processes, and international supply chain operations.
• Fluency in English with the ability to explain technical logistics topics clearly.
• Keen eye for detail when reviewing and producing supply chain documents.
• Demonstrated analytical capability to identify and implement process improvements in logistics.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Comfortable working autonomously within a remote team environment while reliably delivering high-quality outputs on schedule.
