Logistics Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on expanding our B2B customer base and driving revenue growth for our logistics-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of the monthly sales revenue target while maintaining a sales pipeline at least three times the revenue goal.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and conduct no fewer than 8 client meetings or site visits each week.
• Successfully close at least 4 new accounts every quarter across areas such as transportation, sea freight, customs clearance, and support services.
• Promote cross-selling of additional services to enhance account value, targeting over 40% of deals to include two or more services.
• Create quotations aligned with approved pricing guidelines and negotiate contracts to finalize agreements.
• Follow up on invoices and assist with collections to ensure timely customer payments within agreed credit terms.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all activities, opportunities, and sales forecasts within the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Meet a minimum performance threshold of achieving at least 60% of the monthly sales target.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proven ability to hunt for leads, prospect, and close deals with a strong results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and effective time management capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
