Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user surveys to identify and analyze needs, market trends, and dynamics to improve user experience.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties for effective collaboration.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to enhance service delivery and increase user satisfaction.
• Identify and implement innovative logistics solutions to optimize processes.
• Develop comprehensive logistics strategies covering transportation, supplies, and services.
• Manage logistics support during major events and operations.
• Maintain detailed operational documentation related to logistics services.
• Handle procurement activities while managing associated risks.
• Plan and execute timely supply chain operations.
• Oversee contract and supply management to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Implement digitalization initiatives to streamline processes for user ease and operational effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze data to gain insights for continual improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Design Thinking, business process evaluation, procurement, supply chain management, and digitalization is advantageous.
• Highly motivated, analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of functioning well both independently and within teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Resilient and able to maintain performance under pressure.
