Logistics Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Logistics Executive to ensure the seamless functioning of our supply chain operations. This position involves overseeing multiple facets of logistics to help move products efficiently and cost-effectively from origin to destination.

Key Duties

• Oversee logistics activities for both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and clients to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels diligently.
• Handle the preparation and processing of essential shipping documents such as bills of lading and invoices.
• Negotiate freight charges with transport carriers to secure favorable rates.
• Keep transportation expenses under review and pinpoint cost reduction opportunities.
• Address and resolve logistical challenges as they arise.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with vendors and logistics providers.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry regulations and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar sector.
• Solid knowledge of logistics principles including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese languages.
