Logistics Coordinator

Program Operations Responsibilities

Lead support for the complete buyback process including deal initiation, coordination of customer asset returns, tracking inspection progress, preparing credits/payments, and managing transitions to remanufacturing or recycling.

Maintain comprehensive program tracking for deal stages, asset serialization, inspection results, and buyback approvals involving internal teams and external 3PL partners.

Ensure correct operational handling of Phase 1 program qualifiers by processing eligible accounts and assets according to approved guidelines.

Partner Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with third-party logistics partners to oversee outreach efforts, prepare for pickups, manage packaging, inspect received assets, store and sort items, decide tiers, and organize shipment to remanufacturing locations.
• Monitor service and deliverables from logistics providers, including proof of delivery, audit records, serial logs, quality assessments, and assist with invoice verification.
• Escalate issues related to customer-caused damage, incomplete documentation, non-purchasable components, or discrepancies between expected and actual asset configurations.

Reporting, Analysis, and Process Enhancement

• Develop and maintain routine operational reports tracking conversion rates, asset recoveries, inspection outcomes, remanufacturable yields, turnaround times, credit issuance, and partner performance metrics.
• Identify operational bottlenecks impacting supply chain, logistics, inspection, and remanufacturing processes; propose improvements to enhance scalability and reduce cycle durations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reverse logistics, return merchandise authorization operations, hardware lifecycle programs, asset recovery, remanufacturing, or IT asset disposition.
• Knowledge of subscription services, deal desk functions, or finance-related operations.
• Proven experience working with external service providers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, operational dashboards, and workflow automation solutions.
• Background in hardware sectors, storage infrastructure, or enterprise technology operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in operations roles such as program operations, supply chain operations, business operations, or cross-functional analyst positions.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into ongoing programs and contribute effectively with minimal onboarding.
• Strong analytical capabilities specializing in spreadsheet analysis, operational reporting, process reconciliation, and detailed tracking.
• Experience managing complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for coordinating among internal teams and outside partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in tracking serial numbers, inspection results, financial reconciliation, and compliance enforcement.
• Aptitude for adapting to quickly evolving program environments with changing processes.
• Self-driven with the capacity to follow established workflows and consistently deliver results independently within a contractor framework.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, finance, analytics, or related disciplines.
