Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator role is based in Mumbai (Malad West) and requires working from the office Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The position demands a proactive and meticulous individual to oversee end-to-end outbound logistics, liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and maintenance of accurate logistics documentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound shipments from multiple warehouse locations across India.
• Plan, track, and monitor shipments through courier and transport partners ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements.
• Coordinate vehicle placement and loading/unloading operations at customer delivery points.
• Resolve transit or delivery issues promptly and track shipment status continuously.
• Collaborate with warehouses, transporters, courier agencies, field force, and customer operations for seamless logistics flow.
• Oversee appointment bookings, ASN, GRN, POD status until orders are fully closed.
• Ensure collection of pending Goods Receipt Notes and Proof of Delivery from customers.
• Maintain complete and accurate logistics documentation and update records within SAP ERP.
• Manage delivery exceptions such as shortages, damages, rejections, and reverse logistics processes.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution for critical operational challenges with internal teams.
• Prepare daily management information system reports, track pending shipments, and generate performance dashboards.
• Contribute to continual process improvements enhancing delivery performance and efficiency.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduate in any field, preferably logistics, supply chain, commerce, or operations.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain management, or eCommerce operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Experience using SAP ERP or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills along with robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple stakeholders and perform under pressing delivery timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FMCG, pharmaceutical, eCommerce, or quick commerce logistics operations.
• Experience in courier operations, transport management, and warehouse workflows.
• Familiarity with logistical documentations such as ASN, GRN, POD, and E-Way Bills.
• Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills ensuring compliance and timely operations.
• High attention to detail and responsibility for assigned delivery tasks.

Additional Information

• Work location: Mumbai – Malad West (office-based)
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
• Compensation: Up to INR 40,000 per month (fixed plus variable)
