Role Overview

This part-time, remote position as a Logistics Coordinator focuses on facilitating the efficient transfer of materials, information, and deliverables across various projects. Key daily responsibilities involve overseeing inventory amounts, tracking shipments, maintaining logistics documentation, and synchronizing efforts between vendors, project managers, and internal teams to ensure aligned scheduling and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Track shipment statuses and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excessive stock.
• Maintain accurate logistics and supply chain documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve any shipment or inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Generate status updates and reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Enhance existing logistics procedures to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Deliver responsive customer service to both internal and external partners.
