Logistic Specialist

Role Overview

This position, based in Abu Dhabi, is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and involves managing the movement and storage of ADIB's furniture, equipment, and appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accountable, timely, and cost-effective handling and release of peacekeeping cargo alongside personnel.
• Develop and implement effective logistic tools and methods to support the execution of logistic plans.
• Coordinate with the Fixed Assets team to update the locations of branches and departments for moved items and furniture.
• Manage logistics operations concerning procurement, budgeting, and coordination with main units.
• Review and validate documents and forms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant rules.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs and services provided to the bank.
• Guarantee prompt delivery of products and services to users while fostering supplier competition ethically.
• Oversee efficient and compliant management of warehouse inventories in line with internal policies and procedures.
