About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic female candidates to join our AI-driven loan platform, Handloan.ai, operated by Jatta M Kommerce Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Kannada and either be freshers or have telecalling experience related to loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in loan offerings through outbound calling.
- Provide comprehensive information about the loan application stages to clients and actively encourage the use of loan services to boost sales and application completions.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal proficiency in the Kannada language during all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Education qualifications ranging from Pre-University Course (PUC) to Degree holders are eligible.
- Preference for candidates with telecalling experience, although freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills specifically in Kannada are essential.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- A fixed monthly salary starting from 15,000 INR plus incentives based on performance.
- Workdays include Monday through Saturday, with walk-in interviews conducted from 11 AM to 6 PM.
