About the Role
PhonePe Merchant is urgently seeking talented Loan Executives to join their team in Bharuch and Surat locations. This role focuses on managing and generating merchant loan leads, helping merchants smoothly navigate the loan application process, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop leads for merchant loans to drive business growth.
- Support merchants throughout their loan application journey by providing clear guidance.
- Communicate detailed information regarding loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate loan approvals and disbursement processes.
- Establish and nurture durable relationships with merchants to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals and loan disbursement targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education level of 12th grade completion; graduates are preferred candidates.
- Prior experience in sales, finance, banking, or in handling loan products is advantageous.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with persuasive skills to influence decisions effectively.
- Capability to work efficiently in a target-driven work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cost to Company (CTC): ₹20,000 per month.
- Take-home salary: ₹18,100 per month.
- Travel Allowance of ₹4,500 monthly to support commuting expenses.
