Key Responsibilities
- Unload and load cargo efficiently from various transport means including trucks and shipping containers.
- Verify the quantity of goods received and dispatched, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Report any damage or breakage noticed during handling of materials.
- Organize inventory appropriately so that goods can be easily located and counted.
- Securely stack, shrink-wrap, and label pallets for safety and identification purposes.
- Utilize equipment such as forklifts and electronic pallet jacks to move and handle materials safely.
