Role Overview

As a Legal Implementation Consultant, you will guide clients through the onboarding and setup process of Eve's software solutions to ensure successful adoption and optimal use. Your responsibilities include delivering thorough training, customizing solutions to client specifics, tracking implementation success metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate customer insights into product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers during onboarding and implementation to facilitate smooth product adoption and quick realization of benefits.
• Create and conduct training sessions enabling clients to effectively utilize Eve's suite of products.
• Analyze customers' workflows and tailor Eve's solutions to align with their business processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure client needs are addressed and feedback informs future enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of three years' experience in roles focused on customer onboarding, implementation, or client success.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clear and concise presentations to varied audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the capability to design solutions addressing client challenges.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration to advance customer outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between $90,000 and $110,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
