Role Overview

This opportunity is ideal for those who are either beginning their career in real estate or seeking growth in Dubai's property market. The position provides structured professional training, continuous support, and operates within a fast-paced, client-centric setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong connections with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners to align their requirements with appropriate properties.
• Keep abreast of current trends, pricing structures, new developments, and available property inventory in Dubai.
• Offer expert property advice compliant with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Generate client leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct property viewings and recommend options tailored to client needs.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities throughout Dubai, including ready-to-move and off-plan properties.
• Mediate negotiations between landlords and tenants to finalize lease agreements.
• Assist clients with documentation and guide them throughout the leasing process.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to enhance property promotion and ensure smooth client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.
• Current residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate within 1 to 3 months.
• Financially stable with at least six months savings due to the commission-based nature of the role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities with proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Possession of a driving license and car is preferred.
