About the Role
Our client is a prominent organization in the real estate sector, recognized for its commitment to fostering strong teams and investing deeply in its people. As the company expands, it seeks a passionate individual to spearhead its Learning & Development initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth and performance with significant visibility, budget authority, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing all employee stages from onboarding to leadership training.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across departments and translate findings into focused, impactful learning programs and development plans.
- Implement and facilitate engaging learning experiences, including delivering programs directly or through experts, leading leadership retreats, strategic workshops, and advising department leads on talent development.
- Evaluate program effectiveness by analyzing feedback and key performance indicators to continuously refine offerings.
- Oversee the administration and enhancement of digital learning platforms such as LMS to modernize employee training access and delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related discipline; additional certifications like ACTA, CPTD, or coaching credentials are advantageous.
- 8 to 10 years of substantial experience in Learning & Development management or equivalent roles focused on capacity building.
- Practical expertise with digital tools and platforms dedicated to L&D, capable of designing and managing end-to-end learning solutions.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a natural ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to adapt and succeed within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
