Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, prioritization, and execution of core product areas from discovery to rollout.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, engineering, and customers to make impactful product and growth decisions.
• Identify user challenges through customer interviews, product discovery methods, and data-driven analysis.
• Translate complex user needs into clear product decisions, specifications, and actionable solutions.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design teams to rapidly build and launch high-quality features.
• Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to accelerate product development and internal processes.
• Contribute to shaping an AI-first product and company culture.
• Continuously improve product quality, delivery speed, and decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management or similar roles (e.g., Head of Product, Founder).
• Strong sense of responsibility and prioritization skills.
• Technical background with solid understanding plus proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Structured, data-driven thinking.
• Passion for creating exceptional products.
• Enjoy engagement with users and clients.
• AI-first mentality with aggressive use of tools and experimental mindset.
• Fluent German language skills (essential for client interaction).

Desirable Skills

• Good design sensibility and familiarity with Figma.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP systems, or operational software within startup environments.
• Industry experience with building cleaning, crafts, or field services is a plus.
