Job Overview
GXC Corp India, an IT service provider based in Gurugram, is looking for a Laptop Service Engineer to manage hardware troubleshooting and maintenance for laptops and desktops. The role includes diagnosing hardware issues, performing repairs, and coordinating on PC assembly and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve hardware-related problems efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members on assembling and maintaining PCs.
- Troubleshoot components such as motherboards, RAM, ROM, BIOS, and conduct operating system installations.
- Replace defective parts in laptops and desktops as needed.
- Be prepared to perform fieldwork requiring travel by bike.
Additional Requirements
The candidate must own a bike and be willing to conduct onsite visits.
