Lady Guard

Role Overview

As a professionally trained Lady Guard at G4S, the candidate will be part of a security team responsible for safeguarding properties such as construction sites, courts, retail stores, warehouses, banks, and industrial facilities. Duties involve conducting foot and vehicle patrols, managing access control points, securing assets and personnel, reacting promptly to emergencies, monitoring CCTV and surveillance systems, and assisting in crime detection and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure premises, protect property and sensitive information.
• Report daily activities and findings to the supervisor following organizational protocols.
• Strictly comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines continuously.
• Operate and monitor security equipment and systems efficiently.
• Manage entry and exit of people, materials, and vehicles appropriately.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions affecting the site or individuals.
• Supervise external parking areas to ensure vehicle safety and identify unauthorized entries.
• Generate required incident and daily reports accurately and timely.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade.
• Minimum height requirement: 5 feet 7 inches for males and 5 feet for females.
• Age range: 18 to 35 years for freshers; up to 40 years for experienced personnel.
• Must be physically and medically fit and present a mature appearance.
