Role Overview
Kaushal Grih Swasthya Sewa Private Limited seeks a dedicated and disciplined female Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day management of a ladies' nursing hostel located in Argoda Chowk, Ranchi. This role requires ensuring a secure, clean, and well-organized living environment while supporting nurses and caregivers residing on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce discipline and foster a positive living atmosphere within the hostel premises.
- Prepare nutritious meals for 10 to 20 residents daily, managing kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of grocery and kitchen items, minimizing waste.
- Maintain hostel cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently.
- Track attendance and monitor residents' entry and exit times.
- Keep updated registers and basic records related to hostel operations.
- Communicate hostel needs and issues promptly to management.
- Provide support and assistance to newly admitted nursing staff and caregivers during their stay.
Candidate Eligibility
- Female applicants only.
- Minimum education: completion of 10th or 12th grade; higher qualifications are valued.
- Previous experience in hostel management, housekeeping, or cooking is preferred.
- Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to independently manage hostel operations and cook for all residents.
