Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean plates, utensils, and kitchen tools to ensure smooth operation during high-volume service periods.
• Maintain the kitchen's cleanliness ensuring adherence to rigorous hygiene policies.
• Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation duties and guarantee all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Observe safety protocols to keep the kitchen organized and safe for all team members.
• Provide assistance across various tasks to support teammates and maintain high energy throughout the restaurant.
