Overview

This role focuses on business development and sales management within the global business segment. The Key Account Manager will target new client acquisition and oversee strategies to deepen market penetration. Core responsibilities include selling and co-creating solutions to generate new revenue streams while ensuring achievement of sales and revenue goals across both core and non-core products including Data, Satellite, Cyber Security, Data Center, and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the national ecosystem regarding existing business dynamics, competition, regulations, and price control.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Carrier Wholesale business and bandwidth sourcing in areas lacking connectivity.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels, including middle and senior management and CXO executives within accounts.
  • Expand business opportunities by promoting both bandwidth and non-bandwidth solutions.
  • Boost revenue growth across accounts for both core and non-core offerings through effective account management and retention activities.
  • Drive solution selling and foster the adoption of new products in emerging markets.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams internally (including BSG, PSS, CE, Networks) and externally with partners, vendors, and clients to meet business objectives and uphold customer service standards.
  • Ensure all business targets related to order booking, revenue generation, collections, new account acquisition, and churn reduction are met.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in IPLC, VSAT, non-core products such as NIPS, Security solutions, Platform offerings, and Data Center services.
