Role Overview

We are assisting a leading financial services provider undergoing organizational transformation and structural change. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules and tracking tools related to the financial services engagement.
• Produce comprehensive meeting notes and summary documents emphasizing critical decisions and unresolved issues for internal circulation.
• Organize and maintain access to internal documentation, guaranteeing all team members can swiftly locate updated client data and analyses.
• Contribute to compiling evidence-based reports and presentations intended for executive-level committees.
• Track project milestones vigilantly and alert senior consultants promptly about any scheduling conflicts or deadlines approaching.
• Perform foundational research on organizational structures and regulatory frameworks pertinent to the financial sector.
• Coordinate information exchange across various consulting workstreams to ensure consistency and alignment in findings.
• Assist in arranging and managing remote interviews and workshops involving client leadership and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
