Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to join our Adtech client based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the client’s international network of gaming and app publishers, boosting publisher acquisition, increasing revenue through monetisation, and leading the partnerships function as the company grows globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monetisation strategies aimed at driving growth.
• Manage negotiations for partnership deals and coordinate integration schedules.
• Provide guidance and leadership to a small team, promoting a culture of high performance.
• Act as a company representative at various industry conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in monetisation or partnership roles within gaming, applications, or adtech sectors.
