Role Overview

This Junior Operator position is a full-time role based on-site in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal. The key function is to assist in the operation of plant machinery and equipment adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities encompass monitoring production parameters, conducting routine equipment checks, and promptly informing senior staff of any abnormalities or concerns. Candidates will also follow procedures for starting up and shutting down equipment, maintain cleanliness within the work environment, and support scheduled maintenance activities. Additionally, the role involves completing relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, and collaborating effectively with the operational team to maintain efficient and safe plant functions.
