Responsibilities

• Supporting daily IT operational activities;
• Providing administrative and technical support related to systems and processes within the IT department;
• Organizing, monitoring, and updating information, records, and documentation;
• Managing and tracking tickets, assisting with the identification and routing of requests;
• Assisting technology teams with projects, demands, and internal initiatives;
• Helping prepare reports, controls, and performance indicators for the department;
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of IT processes and services.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ticket management tools;
• Basic knowledge of databases, automation, or programming;
• Previous experience in technical support or IT administrative functions.
