You will join a globally established, family-run international group that plays an innovative role in the European outdoor and textile space.

Act as a first point of contact for employee IT questions and provide practical guidance.
Take care of day-to-day administration and upkeep of the company’s IT landscape, including networks, servers, and desktop systems.
Work with Microsoft environments such as Windows Server, Office 365, and Exchange.
Set up and deploy both hardware and software as needed.
Run scheduled backups to protect data and maintain integrity.
Keep an eye on network security and support improvements where needed.
Create and maintain clear documentation for IT workflows, fixes, and solutions.
Contribute to IT projects focused on systems improvement and development.

You have completed formal IT training or hold a comparable technical qualification.
You bring basic working knowledge of Microsoft tools and services, including Office 365 and Exchange.
You have hands-on exposure to network administration and related equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
You approach issues with strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
You work well in a team, while also being able to operate independently in a structured manner.
You communicate confidently in both German and English, spoken and written.
