Frontend Developer

Overview

What you’ll do

• Build marketing-focused websites that help generate new leads.
• Work through challenging technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Present recommended approaches with confidence while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
• Produce unit tests and work with TDD, BDD, and E2E testing approaches.
• Recommend improvements to systems, introduce better tools, and identify more efficient ways of working.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to align on technology choices.

Experience and skills needed

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in frontend development.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Good troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving ability.
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine focus on service and teamwork.
