Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer eager to develop their skills and contribute to high-visibility projects. This position offers hands-on experience working closely with Senior Designers and Art Directors to bring creative concepts to life for globally recognized brands. Candidates should be employable in the USA and able to work onsite at our Austin, TX office.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with Senior Designers and Art Directors on live client projects from the outset.
- Create layouts, design explorations, and various assets across print, digital mediums, and packaging formats.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate designs promptly to meet project goals.
- Observe the full creative process, from initial sketches to polished final outputs for well-known brands.

What We’re Looking For
- A compelling design portfolio that highlights raw skill, individuality, and passion for design.
- Between zero and two years of professional experience.
- Solid fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools to enhance workflow, with a portfolio primarily showcasing original work created by personal skill.
- A proactive attitude demonstrated by undertaking additional design work independently.
- Strong coachability and the ability to improve visibly based on feedback.
