From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs.To match our momentum, we're looking for a Junior Designer to join our Brand pod.You will...Produce paid ad creative and social media graphics across multiple brands and formatsDesign campaign artwork from the brief through to the final deliverableCreate trade marketing materials, including POS, shelf talkers, sell sheets, and retailer assetsDesign reports, presentations, and pitch decks that make people actually want to read themWork within brand guidelines and help maintain consistency across all touchpointsSupport the Senior Designer on larger campaign projectsManage your own time and deadlines across multiple brands simultaneouslyBring a point of view - we want designers who care, not just operatorsYou’ll also support our wider group of companies with the materials they need (We also have a recruitment business and marketing community)..You’ll have...A solid grasp of core design principles - hierarchy, balance, contrast, and white space - and an understanding of why they matterAdobe Creative Suite proficiency - Illustrator, Figma and InDesign are non-negotiableA keen interest / demonstrable experience in Premiere Pro / After Effects is desirable but not essentialWorking knowledge of print production - bleed, cutter guides, safe zones, and colour profiles (CMYK vs RGB)A strong eye for typography - kerning, tracking, leading, and type pairingCanva fluency for fast turnaround assets - though you'll know when a template isn't enoughA portfolio that demonstrates genuine design thinking, not just template executionThe humility to take feedback and the confidence to push back when you're rightWhat We OfferThe chance to design for some of the most exciting challenger brands in the marketA Senior Designer to learn from, not just be delegated to byReal creative variety - no two weeks look the sameThis a roaming role meaning you will work remotely most of the time with the expectation that you will be in London twice a monthCompetitive salary package, with holiday and benefits that include a working-from-home allowance, personal development support, enhanced parental leave, and unlimited coaching sessions.An opportunity to grow your expertise working with some of the brightest talent in the brand growth and marketing space and driven by shared purpose and success.Salary £27k-33k DOEWorking rights in the UK are required (we are currently unable to sponsor visas).To be considered for this role, please include a link to your portfolio or a selection of work samples with your application.
