Overview
This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity for a UI/UX designer to support digital products used in continuing medical education. The work focuses on creating clear, engaging interfaces for tools that help healthcare professionals learn and practice more effectively. You will work with stakeholders to turn product needs into practical design solutions that balance usability, clarity, and visual quality.
Key Deliverables
- Craft user interfaces and end-to-end experiences for web-based digital products built for healthcare professionals.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Partner with product managers and developers to make sure designs are technically achievable and aligned with project objectives.
- Carry out user research and usability testing to guide design choices.
- Refine designs using feedback and analytics so the product becomes more engaging and easier to use.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in UI/UX design, ideally with web applications.
- Solid working knowledge of Figma and other design software.
- A strong portfolio that shows skill in interface and experience design.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setup.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus careful attention to detail.
- Experience with healthcare or education-related platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
