As a Junior Copywriter at Taylor, based in New York City, you will craft compelling written content for prominent brands that resonate across culture via social media, press coverage, and notable public moments. Collaborating closely with a vibrant creative team, you'll refine your voice by contributing to pitch development and creating platform-specific copy. Key Responsibilities
- Build foundational knowledge of clients’ businesses, brands, industries, and target audiences to propose integrated, multi-channel campaign concepts that align with client goals.
- Stay informed of current trends in marketing, design, technology, language, and culture, integrating fresh ideas into creative outputs.
- Bring innovative and unconventional thinking to all projects.
- Compose and present polished, effective communications internally and externally across diverse media.
- Foster strong relationships by actively listening and respectfully engaging with colleagues and clients.
- Gain insight into agency operations, business models, and service offerings to better support client needs.
- Engage in ideation sessions for digital/social content, event activations, brand identity, print collateral, and other campaign elements.

- Refine conceptual ideas into holistic programs that achieve measurable business impact and meet defined objectives.
- Ensure all conceptual work aligns with strategic brand positioning.
- Take responsibility and demonstrate ownership for the quality of creative deliverables on assigned projects.
- Incorporate feedback from senior team members, collaborating to enhance and elevate work.
- Support senior creatives by contributing to the writing of creative platforms, manifestos, digital and social media copy, and presentation materials.

- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating versatility in brand voice and tone.
- Active engagement on social media platforms and understanding of emerging content trends.
- Interest in how brand marketing shapes cultural segments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective multitasking and time management.
- Ability to write clearly, persuasively, and adapt tone across platforms including social channels.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and willingness to support peers.
- Open to feedback and continuously eager to learn and improve.

- Resident of the New York Metropolitan area with the ability to commute to the Manhattan office as necessary.
