Role Overview

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and handling invoices issued by the company's logistics partners throughout Europe, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, verify, and document all incoming invoices from logistics partners.
• Maintain effective and ongoing communication with logistics service providers across Germany and Europe.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, monitoring payment terms and delivery agreements.
• Create reports and conduct analyses for various internal departments.
• Assist in spotting opportunities for improvement regarding costs and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Background or experience in finance or related fields.
• Detail-focused, proactive, and well-organized in approach.
• Strong enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to new responsibilities.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in MS Excel basics.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

Additional Details

The role is based at AUTO1 Albania's headquarters in Tirana and involves working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
