About the Role

We are looking for a driven Junior Analyst to join the Portuguese Textile Cluster team based in Berlin, Germany. This role involves supporting business functions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data which aids strategic decision-making. The Junior Analyst will collaborate with various departments to spot patterns and enhance processes, making this an excellent position for those aiming to grow in business analysis, data analysis, or operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and systematically organize data from multiple sources for thorough analysis.
• Create reports, interactive dashboards, and presentations for internal teams.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to optimize business outcomes.
• Assist in tracking and evaluating key performance indicators and operational data.
• Support senior analysts with research, forecasting, and business intelligence projects.
• Maintain data integrity and uphold comprehensive documentation standards.
• Collaborate across teams to understand and document business requirements and insights.
• Contribute to process documentation and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Conduct market and sector research as needed.
• Undertake additional analytical and clerical assignments as required.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is beneficial.
• Fundamental knowledge of data analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Motivation to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
• Proficient English language skills; German is advantageous but optional.
