Core Duties

• Vacuum floors and edges.
• Perform dusting of various surfaces.
• Clean and restock restrooms and breakrooms.
• Wash windows regularly.
• Dispose of trash correctly and maintain cleanliness.
• Sweep and mop floors as required.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

• Frequent standing (>33%) and walking (>66%).
• Use of hands and fingers for grasping, handling, and operating tools.
• Ability to reach above shoulder height and push or pull objects 33-50% of the time.
• Occasional climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling less than 33% of work time.
• Perform repetitive tasks and endure standing for extended periods.
• Frequently lift objects weighing 0-10 pounds and up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
