Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support to users, assisting with various IT-related inquiries.
• Set up, manage, and maintain desktop computers, notebooks, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Analyze, document, and track issues, service requests, and change management tasks.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to support small-scale IT projects.
• Serve as a point of contact for central IT applications and assist users during daily operations.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the administration of Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, and email mailboxes.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage, backup systems, and IT security.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, for example as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial practical experience in IT support, helpdesk, client support, or system administration is advantageous.
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing.
• Basic experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems, Windows Server editions (2019/2022/2025), Linux distributions Debian/Ubuntu, and virtualization technologies like Proxmox VE/KVM.
• Familiarity with administration of Microsoft M365/O365 environments including Identity and Access Management using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), common backup solutions such as Acronis, IT security tools like Sophos firewall systems, and network topology and components.
• Fundamental knowledge in operating and administering database systems such as Microsoft SQL or MySQL.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with pragmatic approaches to developing and implementing solutions.
