Role Overview

Prime Group is expanding in Germany and is searching for a skilled IT Recruiter to join the Frankfurt team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring exceptional IT talent to build robust technical teams. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with Business Manager teams to precisely understand client staffing requirements, ensuring the recruitment of professionals who align with organizational needs. The position offers an opportunity to develop local recruitment operations and grow into leadership within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across various IT disciplines such as software development, engineering, data science, and digital solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with the Country Director to identify staffing needs and client expectations.
• Carry out initial technical screening and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
• Implement employer branding activities to position Prime IT as a preferred employer in the German IT market.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on progress, candidate pipeline, and market trends.
• Keep abreast of IT market developments, salary standards, and competitor recruitment.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of IT recruitment experience, either with an agency or in-house.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and required technical competencies within software development, engineering, and digital sectors.
• Demonstrated skill in sourcing candidates and nurturing talent pipelines through diverse channels.
• Proficient communication abilities in both German and English languages.
• Excellent organizational talent to handle multiple open roles efficiently.
• Resourceful and proactive attitude with enthusiasm for connecting talents to fitting job opportunities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
• Preferred educational background includes Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or relevant disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual gross base salary ranging from €42,000 to €48,000, complemented by performance-based incentives.
