About the Role
We are collaborating with a dynamic consultancy specializing in software projects seeking an IT Project Manager with strong ERP system experience. This position involves overseeing multiple projects, including two new initiatives recently acquired by the company. The role is fully remote within Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Coordinate effectively with developers and external clients to ensure project success.
- Adapt quickly to new projects, contributing immediately upon assignment.
- Operate well within a consultancy environment that values collaboration and agility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems management and relevant project execution.
- Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level to engage confidently with clients and customers.
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding of invoicing and credit note procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and compassion where needed.
Additional Information
- The hiring process involves two to three interview stages.
- The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from €50,000 to €55,000 annually.
- Additional profit sharing bonuses are available, ranging from 5% to 10% of each project’s profits.
