Job Overview

The IT Project Manager will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with organizational strategies. This role involves collaborating with clients to deploy IT solutions utilizing Freshworks, Microsoft, and other partner technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Exsead’s project methodology, guaranteeing timely, on-scope, and on-budget completion.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, information security standards, and project governance policies throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate activities across diverse teams to produce high-quality technological solutions.
• Balance technical quality with value, risk management, and commercial considerations.
• Promote customer success and retention by driving effective solution adoption and realizing business value.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• University degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Project Management such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or comparable qualifications.
• Minimum of five years managing IT projects, particularly in software systems with experience in SaaS products, ITSM/ESM, and CRM solutions being beneficial.
• Proven track record of successful customer-facing project management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, collaborating effectively with technical, business teams, clients, and vendors.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of consulting business models.
• Must be currently residing in Australia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Freshworks, ITSM, ESM, or CRM platforms.
• ITIL Foundation v4 (or v5) or Managing Professional certification.
• Microsoft 365 certifications.
