Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Operations Support Coordinator based in Blackburn, Victoria to join us full time on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for supporting effective IT service delivery across asset management, procurement, invoicing, and fulfilment. It ensures processing accuracy in financial and asset-related tasks while assisting with vendor management and strategic sourcing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational support covering IT asset tracking, fulfilment, and user assistance by keeping asset records up to date, managing service inboxes, handling repair and replacement coordination, and ensuring IT asset lifecycle and device management policies compliance.
  • Administer IT financial and commercial processes, including contract and SLA invoice validation, chargeback handling, cost centre updates, and resolving stakeholder inquiries to maintain financial transparency and governance.
  • Assist in optimizing IT asset use and licensing by tracking consumption data accurately, identifying cost efficiencies through usage analysis, and preparing audit-ready licensing and financial documentation in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Support supplier management by gathering performance data, contributing to reports, following up on actions, monitoring vendor expenditures, and facilitating resolution of issues with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in coordination, operational support, or analytical roles within IT, finance, procurement, or service delivery areas.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient use of Excel or equivalent tools for data analysis and reporting related to operations, finance, or asset management.
